My husband and I began looking last winter for the perfect beach house.Perfect for us meant that Dan could be on the channel to fish and crab, and I loved to walk to the ocean to enjoy swimming, sunning, and shelling.
After thumbing through the yellow pages, we found the perfect real estate agent, Martha Hoffner. She was different from any other real estate person we had ever worked with. With Martha we knew it was more important that she find just the right place for us, than simply make the best sale for her.
Martha was dependable, knowledgeable, hard working, and also lots of fun to share this important venture with. She was never too busy to show yet another house if she thought it might be right for us.
We did indeed find just the house we wanted, and have been thrilled with it. As I am coming in from the beach, my husband is bringing in the fish. What more could we want?
